This new build was designed from the ground up with a single guiding intention, to create a home that feels as considered in its quiet moments as it does in its grand ones. Every room speaks the same material language, raw oak joinery, warm Silver Casa stone, fine grid tiling and textured natural finishes that shift beautifully with the light throughout the day.

The living room anchors the home with a full height timber feature wall and a continuous Silver Casa stone plinth, turning what is typically a functional wall into a piece of architecture. The powder room, compact in footprint but generous in presence, layers Silver Casa stone benchtops, a floating oak vanity and sculptural wall sconces for a finish that belongs in a boutique hotel. And the walk in robe, lined with integrated LED lighting and custom joinery to the ceiling, transforms the daily ritual of getting dressed into something worth looking forward to.
